Reservations – The Reservation Desk at the Lodge office is open from 9:15 AM to 5:45 PM Central Standard Time in the spring and summer, and 8:15AM to 4:45PM fall and winter [out of office for lunch around mid-day]. Phone 850-579-4303. Email: toreserveclh@outlook.com
Members must make their own reservations and those of guests they sponsor in order to receive member pricing. No exceptions or changes will be made.
Reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis. To confirm your reservation a deposit equivalent to one night’s stay is required and must be received no more than seven (7) days after reservations are made. Cancellation must be made no less than seven (7) days prior to arrival date or deposit will be forfeited. Credit cards are accepted. Reservations made less than seven (7) days prior to arrival are considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled without paying the deposit.
Check In/Out – Check in time is 2:00 PM, Check out time is 10:00 AM (please, for housekeeping purposes). If your expected arrival time is after normal closing hours, you must call and make arrangements to pick up keys.
Basic Rules –
- No smoking in the interior of any cabin, duplex, bathhouse, lodge or office.
- No pets allowed in cabins or duplex except as noted below.
- Quiet time is 10pm till 8am. Strictly enforced!
- The cabin walls are thin, please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
- Additional charges will apply for damage, excessive cleaning, or odor removal after stay.
Cabins – There are 10 cabins (two to each of five buildings) equipped with air conditioning and heat, basic TV (DirectTv), beds, dresser, night stand, dinette table/chairs, a unit size sink, coffee pots, microwave and small refrigerator, and private bath. Persons staying at cabins are within walking distance of Olle’s Restaurant and “The Cove” bar and grill on the lakefront.
Each cabin will comfortably accommodate four (4) adults. No more than 6 persons are allowed in any cabin and there will be an additional $5.00 per each person over 4. Children under one (1) year of age – no charge. NO PETS are allowed in cabins #1-6, 9, 10 or the Lake House.

Dogs Ok Cabins – Cabins 7 and 8 are equipped with two full size beds and have a screened porch on the back, facing Compass Lake. Cabins 7 and 8 allow dogs with a $50 pet fee. NO EXOTIC PETS, CATS, or BIRDS!

Duplex Lake House – Each side of the duplex is rented separately and has a living room with queen sofa/sleeper, full kitchen, full bath and bedroom with queen bed. The two sides are adjoined with an air conditioned sitting area. Each side can easily accommodate up to (6) adults. A rear deck overlooks Compass Lake. NO PETS! 2 NIGHT MINIMUM [per side].
All bed linens, towels and bath supplies are furnished. Housekeepers service cabins on request. Fresh linens and bath supplies will be replenished during service.

______________________________________________________________________ RV Park – For more than 30 years, friends have enjoyed camping at Compass Lake in the Hills. We have 6, pull-through, paved sites and 2 grass sites. A bathhouse is located at the center of the camping area. Adjacent to the bathhouse is a small playground. Electricity and water are available at each campsite with easy access to the dumping station. Please inform the reservationist if you have a large coach-type RV. Primitive camping is also available. On several occasions, within the last few years, we have had more than 100 primitive campers. So bring your RV or come pitch a tent in our campground. |
