These are some of the planned activities and events that are coming soon.

Chili Cook off at the Lodge – Sunday, February 1st, 2026
- Open to Everyone
- $10 entry fee, Cash only. Make payment in the office day of cook off:
  - Homemade chili only, bring 1-2 gallons
  - Label Allergens and Style (Gluten, Vegetarian, Spicy)
  - Bring slow cooker and extension cord

Homesteaders Farmers Market – Sunday, February 1st 2026
- Local goods, handmade crafts, fresh Produce and more
- The market will be open the first Sunday of every month:
  - Time: 2pm – 5pm
  - Location: 645 Compass Lake Drive Alford Fl – The Compass Lake Lodge
  - Vendors wanted! – $15 for 12*12 space

Yoga classes Every Tuesday and Thursday at McCormick Lake Clubhouse
- Come join us for yoga at the Clubhouse. The class will be led by Linda Kelly
- Please bring your own yoga mat

Super Bowl Watch Party – Sunday Feb 8th at McCormick Lake Clubhouse!
- Doors open at 4:30pm – Kick off is 5:30pm
- All are invited. This year our Food/Snack theme is Mexican
- Please bring a salsa, chips or a dip, dessert – whatever you wish to share and bring your own
  soda, tea, coffee, water; paper products including ice and cups will
  be provided. Also, if you prefer not to sit on the ‘hard’ chairs at the
  Lake House, bring a lawn chair or bag chair. This is a great
  atmosphere to meet and socialize with your neighbors.
